Thomas Hamill is an attorney who holds BS and JD degrees from the University of Illinois. He has coached youth soccer teams, presented Bible lectures, taught legal education courses, and stayed immersed in technology. Hamill and his wife, Cindi, have three wonderful children and live in Illinois. Michael Rising is his debut novel.
